Standard check in time 2pm.

Standard check-out 10am.

A fee of 50% of rate applies for early check in (from 5am) and for late checkout (to 6pm)

Airport transfers for international flights available, $10pp each way. $5 for U10, U5 free.

Please note our cancellation policy:
We do require credit card details to secure and confirm a booking. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. All payments must be settled 1-2 days after arrival. Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard (please note there is a 4% surcharge), or by cash. Payments are non-refundable. For bookings of the whole complex, we require two night deposit for stays up to 7 nights, and 4 night deposit for stays up to 14 nights.
